You are welcome to collect your order from SG189EH, just select ‘local pickup’ upon checkout. Collections are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 3pm-5pm.

If you order is placed before 1pm, your order will be ready to collect the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, will be available the following collection day.

If you are ordering a custom order, collection dates/times can be flexible.

We offer local delivery to specific areas (you can see if your address is eligible by entering your address during checkout, if the option for ‘local delivery’ doesn’t appear, we currently don’t offer delivery to you, but why not order postal delivery instead?

Local delivery is offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 5pm-7pm.

If you place your order before 1pm, you will receive you order the same working day. If you place your order after 1pm. You order will be delivered the next working day.

We ship everything with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which means your order should arrive the day after dispatch.

Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be dispatched Friday afternoon.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday and throughout the weekend will be dispatched on Saturday.

As our products are freshly baked and unable to be resold, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges – of course, in special circumstances, this can be discussed, just drop us a message so we can chat, and resolve any problems!
